A Note About Repair Requests

When it comes to repairs please remember that tenants are responsible for small or nominal items and issues. An exact dollar figure appears in your lease agreement. Any repair items under $25.00 are the responsibility of the Tenant.                                


Another question to ask is "Did I cause this issue?" If you broke the garage door remote, or if you clogged the toilet, etc. - these would be your responsibility to resolve. When you occupy a single family home issues arise from use and wear. These issues can occur whether you own, or rent. Not all of them are  the responsibility of the Landlord.
