APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All adults requesting to reside in the residence are required to be listed on the application and lease. There is a non-refundable application fee of $29.00 per person listed on the application. Credit and rental history will be checked and employment will be verified. You must be at least 18 years old to be listed as an applicant.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy for these homes is six individuals.
CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
You DO NOT need perfect credit to rent our homes. You cannot have current delinquencies or an open bankruptcy. You must have an acceptable and verifiable rental history. In instances of limited credit history a co-signor or guarantor may be accepted.
PETS
Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit. (Not at all homes) **
SMOKING
Our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within any portion of the premises.
RENT PAYMENTS
Use our easy online bill pay. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments received after the 3rd day of the month will be assessed, and must include a late fee of 5%. Payments received after the 10th day of the month will incur additional fees.
CONDUCT
All tenants agree to abide by local laws and ordinances as well as the rules and standards of the community. All vehicles must be operational and registered. No trailers, semi's, boats or RV's. Lawn/Yard must be maintained properly.
